Previous Experience

Past valuation and consultation services relate to multi-family residential, retail, industrial, office buildings, office-warehouse complexes, various income-producing commercial buildings, agricultural, vacant land and special purpose properties (ie. golf courses, mini-warehouse facilities, trucking terminals, etc.). The geographic area primarily served is comprised of, but not limited to, the Central Texas Region and the Interstate Highway 35 corridor.  Out of state work has included the counties of Los Angeles, Venture, Riverside, San Bernadino and Orange, California. 

Data Sources

A partial list of data sources includes: various deed reporting services, USDA topographic maps, flood plain maps, Marshall Valuation Service, zoning ordinances, soil survey reports, tax plat maps, general market overview publications, etc. Research and confirmation of the data is attempted through one of the principals involved in any transaction. As needed, outside consultants are enlisted to provide further expertise in their specialized fields.

This office has also been involved, although to a less extent, in the performance of Desktop Appraisal Reviews for various lenders.
